Let’s Go Underground

Handbag designer Anya Hindmarch presented her London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012 line in an abandoned train station.  The show centered around the theme “Lost and Found,” and according to the designer, the deserted Tube stop perfectly catered to that idea: “I’m obsessed with London’s hidden history and I wanted to recreate that here – it’s the perfect venue.”  Dining booths, lush flower displays and a kiosk replete with Hindmarch-branded items like chips and lollipops restored the old station back to its bustling, frenzied days.  Just gorgeous.
